Great usability But....
Deme — 4 out of 5 stars
The bag has a large capacity and the back pack feature is great, however the only down side is the zipper is very fidgety and becomes stuck often. It's a game of which side will work first.

Happy
5 o'clock somewhere — 4 out of 5 stars
The insulation looks strong and impressive. Love the size and outside pockets. Like a real backpack. The heavy duty plastic zip and shape was a stiff at the start (probably due to compressed packing) but working fine now. It's going to be great for work.
Very satisfied
