The exercise mat is very comfortable to work on. The thickness and cushioning are great and perfect for me.

Reviews
Excellent product!
Yoga Anne β 5 out of 5 stars
This is the second time I have purchased this mat - only because a family member lived it so much that they stole it! The first one is still perfect as when purchased! It is comfortable, super supportive and the thickness makes a big difference when doing difficult movements - I can still easily grip as well! Even with the extra thickness itβs still easy to carry and portable even when carrying other things.

I bought this for its thickness as I have hardwood floors and it didnβt disappoint.
