Almost as good as an exercise bike but compact.

I use this up against the wall skirting or a cupboard so it does not move away from me (with a mat to stop any scratching). This works well (it seems to be the major criticism people have for these mini exercise machines) and it has plenty of resistance for any level I will get to - I am 70 years old. I am only using it a 2 or 3 level as I get used to it and it goes up to 8. My osteoarthritis is pretty much gone from doing glute strengthening and engaging glutes and core while walking (see David Middaugh from El Paso Manual Physical Therapy youtube - it has been a game changer for me).Remember this machine is the bottom part of an exercise bike with proper fly wheel and magnetic resistance. Only used for a month but like it a lot and saves so much room than a full exercise bike. Hoping it lasts - seems well built.
