I love the chairs they are comfortable and the massage is brilliant.  The only negative I have is that you can only buy them on line and I brought two and the delivery guy would only bring them to the door of the low rise unit, I am in my 80s so I do think if it’s a large item Myers need to look at delivery to a persons home or unit to inside there door.
