Bucklebuster — 3 out of 5 stars
Epic set but why sell a smart brick set with NO smart brick seems like a money grab from a greedy company huge shame as the set is so great, fun to build and looks insane but my son on his birthday was disappointed with the lack of the smart brick inclusion.

The balance tree is the surprise hit in this set. It’s quite good without the smart brick, but with it in place it really comes to life: atmospheric music and wobbly sounds that really enhance the play experience. The risk with smart bricks is that they just makes sounds the sounds that you can imagine anyway, so it doesn’t feel like they add a great deal. But here Lego have hit on something that really works. The cooking pot is the reason I thought my son would love this set, but it is disappointing- the brick falls asleep too easily and the sounds don’t add that layer of mystery or authenticity that you would hope. The tree more than makes up for it though. The build of the hut was a bit too slow paced for my son, but the finished item is pleasing and surprisingly big, with lovely little details like the lantern and the bed. My son loves loves it and would recommend it to others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Smart Play Yoda's Hut & Jedi Training set is such a fun and creative toy for young Star Wars fans. I really like how it combines learning with imaginative play instead of just being another electronic toy. The activities kept my child interested, and the lights, sounds, and interactive features made it feel exciting without being overwhelming. The quality feels sturdy, and the characters and details are colourful and well made. I also liked that it encourages problem-solving, listening skills, and pretend play, which kept my child entertained for longer than I expected. It's simple enough for younger children to enjoy but still has enough variety to keep them coming back to it. Overall, I think it's a great choice for any family with a little Star Wars fan. It's engaging, educational, and feels like a toy that will be enjoyed again and again. I'd happily recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, interactive gift that offers more than just screen-free entertainment.
