Disappointing

I purchased this dishwasher for the door integration with kitchen cupboards, but am really disappointed with its performance. The tines in the bottom shelf are too narrow for my dinner set/baking trays/large bowls to fit between, there is no variation in size like other dishwashers have. The door will not stay open while packing until the bottom shelf is full, which is very difficult to do with one person and the door continuously springing shut. I've tried 3 different wash settings and there is still food on items after washing (we rinse beforehand). There is not enough height between the drawers so I think the water flow is being hindered. Everything is dripping wet after a wash and requires hand drying. I will go through the manual more closely, but I've never had these issues with a dishwasher before and am considering returning this one.
