A nice quality dress with a really pretty design. Made of breathable cotton, it's perfect for sensitive skin. I'd say it's reasonably true to size, maybe runs slightly larger, but this is good as the material doesn't stretch. The skirt is thick due to the layers so it splays out when sitting. Very cute.
