Great cleaner poor customer service
Rosey O ā 2 out of 5 stars
Our item must be faulty, response from Roomba customer service is very poor. When it does actually work it does a wonderful job.

This was a tricky purchased did not work. And water flooded out
Standard of vac/ mopping exceed expectations
ā 4 out of 5 stars
Very happy with the standard of both vacuuming and mopping, it exceeded my expectations. The only disappointment is the instructions are pretty average and the app is ok but nothing exceptional. Thankfully it was rather intuitive and I was able to figure it all out without too much difficulty. Glad I purchased during the Black Friday sales but not sure Iād be as happy if I paid the regular retail price
