Great tower - but poles not strong for climbers!
Ben_from_Melbourne — 2 out of 5 stars
Overall the design is good, and our cat has loved it. She often moves from platform to platform to find her currently comfy spot. The overall look is also good (we have beige one). However - the poles holding the 3 upper platforms are not very rugged, and we have found that they are getting constantly loose (2+ months), and one of them has degraded (after 5-6 months) that we're not sure it won't break as it's wobbling so much - and making noises. The poles are essentially cardboard tubes with a small plastic insert that has the small screw mount for the double-ended screw ... there's not a lot supporting the pole if your cat tends to climb up - rather than jump. If it wasn't for the less than satisfactory pole/screw ruggedness we'd give this a 5/5... but cat towers should last longer than 2-6 months.
Don't buy.

Poorly built, one of the support beams broke on the second day (they're only held with staples) resulting in my poor cat crashing to the floor. I've had to disassemble the resting places to make it safe.
