I bought this Instant Pot primarily to make natto. This is my first Instant Pot, and I chose this model because I wanted the air fry function. I'll try my best to master it, but it's not suitable for beginners. The instructions are very simple and only provide the bare minimum of information. There are no recipes or sample recipes included. I'm happy with the pressure cooker, but the yogurt function is preset, which means I have to wait for the sterilization process, which I don't need. There's also no way to adjust the fermentation temperature. I'm happy with the air fry function, but the instructions are disappointing.
