Obsessed with our new Greenpan set! Very impressed by the non stick ceramic coating, that still allows a very good sear/caramelisation on meats or fish, and cleans so easily. Having migrated from teflon pans but with some scepticism, I am well and truly sold - plus the benefits of no PFAS etc. Interested to see how they last (we are frequent cooks) - but have so far used the skillet most days for the last three weeks and the white ceramic coating remains incredible and has not stained. Plus, they are beautiful!
