After purchasing my first GreenPan products late last year, they have quickly become my new favourites in the kitchen. As expected, this pan baked my banana cake beautifully and evenly, with no sticking, making it incredibly easy to remove. Perfect size and ergonomics. As expected the quality and durability are next level, but the real proof is in the even heat distribution and the perfectly baked banana cake. I only wish I had discovered GreenPan sooner! Iām now purchasing them as gifts for friends and family who I know will appreciate them just as much as I do.
