Ended up returning this tray as it's too small to be practical and also the coating in places was patchy and thin. You could see the metal underneath. Not the best quality.

After purchasing my first GreenPan products late last year, they have quickly become my new favourites in the kitchen. As expected, this pan has already been used multiple times from baking biscuits to chips cooking all evenly, with no sticking, making it incredibly easy to remove. The quality and durability are next level, but the real proof is in the even heat distribution. So glad i purchased I only wish I had discovered GreenPan sooner! Iām now purchasing them as gifts for friends and family who I know will appreciate them just as much as I do.
