Fabulous pan for fish

Fabulous product! A few tips for its use. Low heat application/ flame wins the day. I cook my main meals in this pan. Mainly fish, salmon at around a 200g piece. Add in a little smear of olive oil or vegetable oil of your choice first and then add the fish skin side down - then turn heat on to a low flame. I use a gas fired cooker fyi. Don’t try to move the food item you’re cooking until it releases from the pan surface. Cook the fish to 55C internal temperature. Turn the fish over half way through with soft silicone or rubber tongs. It’s an excellent pan due to the higher sides that prevent any oil splashing. Remove the fish, rest it on a plate and let the pan cool down while you enjoy your meal. Then when it’s cooled off to touch, wipe up any oils etc with a paper towel then proceed to wash it carefully with a soft non abrasive sponge. Never use any metal utensils or oil sprays with this or other similar Greenpan pans. I use a smaller pan of same brand and type to cook eggs for my Sunday breakfast. Excellent product too. This is the third Greenpan pan I purchased having discovered them in Tokyo years ago. Wonderful product very easy to use and maintain. I hope this helps someone decide their purchase. Cheers all! Mike
