Product did help to give warmth but as i followed the weight recommended by chart, it is much heavier than i can comfortably handle. I am a 70 year old with weak upper body, hence the 3kg or 5kg will be better. Thus given 4 stars instead of 5. Yes I will recommend this product but do consider which amount of blanket weight you can comfortably pull/drag in a sleep.
