Biggest regret of my life

Sbrundan — 1 out of 5 stars

Where do I start with this thing, first of all, It comes in a lot of pieces held together by a lot of tiny screws, did I mention there are lots and lots of tiny screws? The metal was cheap and flimsy and very thin. Each piece was covered in a thin plastic film that I wasn’t sure whether to remove or leave on, but in the end I left it on because I assume it’s some sort of protective film. Some of the pieces arrived, bent, dented or scratched. Now onto construction, you definitely need two people but do not construct the shed with someone you like or a partner because once you’re done you’ll never want to see this person again. The shed took us almost 7 hours to put together, not the 2 or 3 hours indicated instructions. The instructions were hard to read, confusing and unclear at times. The actual instruction manual looks like a photocopy of a photocopy and some of the images were faded and hard to read, most of the arguments were caused by trying to interpret what we were looking at on the page. After match trial and error and arguments we finally finished and the final result was very underwhelming. I can’t believe that I wasted $300 on this thing. It looks very cheap and nasty and I’m concerned that it would blow away in a stiff breeze. We were considering screwing it down to the concrete to make it more secure, but I don’t want this thing as a permanent fixture my backyard. I’m considering smashing it with a sledgehammer and putting it out for hard rubbish collection, then going to Bunnings to buy a real shed. Regardless of how I feel about it, I don’t see this thing lasting more than 12 months in the elements and I will be replacing it sooner rather than later. I do not recommend buying this shed unless you’re looking for a weekend project to help you end your marriage/relationship. I do recommend buying this product for someone you hate, or to prank a friend, or if you are an evil villain looking to exact revenge on your nemesis. If you do decide to buy this product for yourself then I highly recommend hiring two total strangers to construct it for you. Myer, you need to get your act together, This is not the quality I expected from you, maybe just stick to selling clothes and cosmetics.

Infuriating assembly

Kat401 — 1 out of 5 stars

This shed is physically impossible to assemble, the brackets and holes on the door are only correct for one side. It has also taken around 10 hours to assemble not the 2-3h indicated on the instructions (which are illegible on many pages). In places it uses screws through two thin sheets that just spin and dont properly grip. Its a cheap shed but seems like something off a backwater website. Where is your quality control Myer?

Small and mighty garden shed.

Adam H: Orange — 5 out of 5 stars

This garden shed is small, but its sure is mighty. Easy to assemble and fits under the verandah. It has plenty of room to fit the garbage bins and all the small items that you need handy.
