Do not buy. Bad customer service

Do not deal with this provider. Upon receiving the item I noticed a vertical streak where the color appears faded or discolored, as shown in the attached pictures which can happen. I contacted the support to refund or replace it. To my surprise they just simply refused any resolutions.

Very poor quality - misleading photos

Extremely disappointed - a very poor quality rug. Don't waste your money! Coloured rugs are generally made with coloured fibres woven in a pattern, so that even when the pile moves, the coloured pattern remains. However in this rug, the pile is 100% cream, and the colours of the rug are just lightly stamped on top. The colours are faded, do not extend down the fibres and look as though they will soon wear off when the rug is used. Furthermore the coloured pattern will turn cream when you shift the pile with furniture or with your footsteps (or when you push on the pile with your hand). Please refer to my attached photos.
