Didn’t work, taking ages to resolve

Everything turns on, the remote will do some things (change the programming etc) but will not turn on the treadmill part. As it’s a third party, trying to get it sorted is painful. I spent 2 hours on the phone proving it’s faults to Myer, but now a week later I am yet to hear anything on what to do with a very ugly useless piece of techno junk in my carport. Why did I think was a good idea? It was in theory, but holy moly the execution by Myer and the mystery third party is terrible. TLDR: don’t buy, probs wont work
