CAUTION: No seller response about faulty product!

I was sent these shoes directly from ShoeHQ with a fault on the heel. The leather was damaged and coming off. After almost two weeks, I've not had any reply. The website says for faults to send photos and they will respond ASAP. Elsewhere it says that they will respond to queries within 1 to 2 days. All I have received is an automated email response and there is no option of calling them. BUYER BEWARE!
