This product i was sceptical about but if u get neck pain or chronic migrains i would recommend giving it a try it has really helped me sleep better and finally not waking up everyday with a migraine. I soft but also firm to hold its shape and support you neck and head without with straining throughout the night. It van be used versatile so you can sleep many different ways make sure you read the description to.ensure this is the correct pillow for you and you wont be dissapointed.
