Nice packaging but when I placed my head on it, felt like not much stuffing inside and but head sunk to the middle of it hitting the surface on the other side. I don't think I have a heavy head either. Worth less than $5 for the amount of fluff in there. No evidence of any memory fibre with this terrible pillow. I'm shocked it has good reviews. It's shockingly bad. Don't sell this and give me my money back.
