I got the pillow on sale and definitely worth it. It appears soft but give me the support I need. It is also adjustable to the height. I took some insert out to fit my neck.I haven’t used any pillows that the insert is adjustable. I didn’t give a five star because I would like to try it longer to see if the support last.

No good for side sleeping
