Has a lovely, clean and crisp texture and this hasn't gone away yet with use (admittedly it's only been a month or so, but compared to the more conventional itchiness / sweatiness pure cotton ones get). It takes a little longer to warm-up (use the highest setting), but once it does it retains heat for the rest of the night; you can easily sleep on the lowest setting or just turn it off). Really happy with the purchase.
