Complicated vacuum and not worth the money
Abcdefghijk……. — 1 out of 5 stars
This is a complicated and fiddly vacuum to use. It is not easy to use at all. A vacuum should be straight forward to use.

Not the Best
Poz65 — 1 out of 5 stars
I would to get a Refund for the online Product. $186
Easy roller brush removal and refit.
Niftynev81 — 3 out of 5 stars
The instructions are not easy to follow, had to guess how to remove and refit both the clean water tank and the dirty water tank. Also that the battery compartment has to slide up, not pull out. Eventhough the waer tank is correctly locked imto place, it leaks water onto the top of the battery compartment. Not impressed
