At first the air fryer was good and worked well enough. It is definitely slower than my previous air fryer and I needed to add 10 extra mins to every cook time. Then the top drawer started playing up and it thinks its open all the time. Its not even 12 months old and I can't find anywhere that I can claim under warranty. Poor design with the plastic clips in the drawer when it closes, which of course are going to snap or break easily from opening and closing. Its a large size which is great for a big family. I would definitely try another brand if you can afford it.

Got it going easy enough but took way longer than recommended to cook chips and burger patties. Patties were still raw in the middle after 20 minutes and chips took over 30 minutes and still weren’t done properly. Also the air fryer overheated on the first use and stopped cooking, all the control panel froze and I had to turn it off at the power point to restart it and get it working again.
