Does not always connect when you press the lever down to toast the slice bread
SO …Disappointed

Love the toaster but within 12 months the lever broke off , as it did with my daughter’s toaster, who recommended it to me. Love the toaster but so disappointed as in both households they have been treated with ‘kit gloves’ . Just a weakness in the push down lever/ levers. Wish they had offered some form of compensation- the jug is awesome: my daughters household has the jug also - and to think Myer didn’t have the toaster at the time I wanted to buy same, so we drove 4 hrs north to Brisbane and did the rounds - luckily we got one after a lot of disappointment, only for it to last a few weeks longer than my daughters did. 2 household 4 hrs apart, obviously a fault with the model we bought.
