I am very pleased with this purchase I have cooked 3 different family meals and they have turned out delicious. Love the idea of glass lid to simmer food and thicken the sauce once the food is cooked. Easy to clean, non stick properties.

We brought this brand because we’d loved our old Crockpot. We had used it multiple times most weeks for many many years. The ability to be able to brown meat first is ideal. The pressure cooker and slow cooker features work really well. I loved my old Crockpot and this one too. An exceptional product

This is definitely a high-end addition to the kitchen. While it’s marketed as a multi-cooker, the pressure cooker function for rice is the absolute standout. It handles large batches perfectly—no burnt bottoms or mushy grains, which is usually the "final boss" for cheaper machines. If you’re feeding a crowd or meal-prepping for the week, the XL capacity is a game-changer. The only real trade-mark of this model is the build. For a high-end appliance, the outer shell lacks a rigid internal structure. It feels a bit thin, making it very easy to dent if you’re not careful moving it around the counter or storing it in a tight pantry. It’s a bit of a "beauty and the beast" situation—powerful performance, but a fragile body. If you prioritize perfectly cooked food (especially rice and pressure-cooked meats) over ruggedness, this is a win. Just don't go banging it against the cabinets.
