[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its my first time to try a perfume from Penhaligon’s .. the first note you can smell its fresh citrusy notes like mandarin,bergamot,sage and lavender when it dry down you can smell the spices black pepper, cardamom,sandalwood and coffee. Its smell absolutely amazing… let’s talk about the longevity its moderate to slightly weak for the price . I was expecting to last longer on my skin it lasted only 2 hours but on other hand its smells great , elegant smooth and classy but unfortunately the performance is not that strong but overall all i liked the smell alot

Understated Luxury in a Bottle

My first impression was that it smelled warm, woody and elegant, with a very sophisticated, expensive feel. It’s not overly sweet, and I love how subtle and refined it is on the skin. I also think that the 10 ml bottle is brilliant. It’s compact enough to fit into any of my handbags, making it perfect for everyday use and travelling. Another thing I loved is that both my husband and I enjoyed wearing it. To me, it feels like a fragrance that can be shared, with a beautiful balance that makes it appealing regardless of gender. The only reason I wouldn’t give it five stars is that I would’ve loved a little more depth and projection on my skin. Although it lasts well, I sometimes wished I could smell it a little bit more throughout the day.
