I bought this about two and a half months ago. I have only used this slow cooker twice, it does not cook in recommended time., Very disappointing.

Got this for a wedding gift and tried using it for some lamb shanks. I did the exact steps for the lamb shanks on a slow cook of 8 hours and they didn’t fall off the bone and the sauce was runny. Very disappointing.

I’ve had this for 12 mths and have finally given up on using it. Tried many different settings and meat still comes out tough. Replaced a cheap cooker after several years when it broke with this one. Thought spending the extra money would get me a better quality cooker,but I was wrong. After reading other reviews,I wonder if there’s a design fault.
