The pan warped, first layer wore off in one section of the pan and the titanium layer appears to have a small divot in it to the base layer.

Great pan that will last forever

Fantastic pan and it looks like it will last forever. No chemical coatings or forever chemicals. The surface becomes pretty non-stick over time, but you do need to adjust how you cook with it. Even if you have accidentally burned something into the pan it is pretty easy to clean it back to spotless. The 30cm pan is quite heavy, but certainly roomy enough to easily cook a family meal.
