Does the trick
BrettA β 5 out of 5 stars
Nice size, does the job, and easy to clean. Highly recommend
Bottom is not flat, so not good for dumplings etc.
Peedub β 3 out of 5 stars
Comparable quality to the other pans. The lid is slightly different, making it less than perfectly interchangeable with other 8β All-Clad lids. The perforations are centered in the middle and there is about a1β rise to a flange that extends to the full diameter of the pot. I am not sure why they designed it this way. I canβt steam more than 3-4 dumplings at once. Most other steamers have flat bottoms. I am looking for an 8β round rack to insert into the steamer which will solve this problem.
